Shares will be bought and sold on the NASDAQ in American Dollars and their price will reflect demand. If the demand is so great that intitutions buy them the share price will rise because there will be less of them available. What will settle issues with time is the ability of PTK to sell its products. If, as they claim, its ground breaking then the share price will be huge.
