Note that PA used a huge discount rate:

"P&A used a median discount rate at least 50% greater than what such models

would suggest, employing a baseline discount rate of 32.90% that could vary above 40%"

If it weren't for that the valuation would be more than a $1 bil higher depending on how the discount rate was applied.
