I don't understand how you can spin a series of insider dumps on the market, driving the price to near a dollar as a good thing? I guess it is indeed better than not knowing anything at all and it being just random selling.. But I don't get the warm and fuzzies when Sheldon is trying to get on the board in a couple of weeks, and his big lead up is hammering the price into the ground.

Interesting that he saved this for after the proxy voting was completed and the majority of us (myself included) voted him in. Not that it would have made a lick of difference with the institutional holdings, but I sure wouldn't have backed him if I knew he was up to these games ahead of time.

This flat out stinks, between a soon to be board member hammering the price as he unloads 500k shares a day and a looming reverse split -- there isnt much that any news release will do save for anything that's actually positive revenue related.
