While Canada Bulls signalled a clear "SHORT" on July 24th, they are now about to switch to "BUY", because the last two trading days established a "Bullish Piercing Line". However, tomorrow's trading would have to confirm the bullishness before the lights go green.

I think Canada Bull's track record is quite impressive!
