#1 and 2 - well maybe. Especially #2 - I would prefer a direct answer - not just reading the body languae - but OK.

#4 - I understand that any option issue (or promise)pre-split would be proportionate. It is the demands of future partners or venture capiitalists on a reduced float that could be problematic.

#5 - I am neutral as to Mr. Iwantash and his trading - as I said I am not implying he would do anything illegal. My question is how NASDAQ has dealt with this issue in the past and could it be a problem.

#3 (a potential biggie?) and # 6 (not so big) still outstanding.
