It was a very positive AGM, especially having had the opportunity to speak to Lee, Stephane and Daniel during the lab tour. All the main guys are simply dripping with confidence and excitement.

There were many interesting points discussed, but my main take-away points are :-

Top Points

1.0 Nasdaq

Poet is destined for the Nasdaq. Target listing price is $5 US for the Global Market. Timing was not confirmed. This was confirmed during the Q&A. Having said that, Peter stated the RS was for insurance only. So we can deduce from the above that PC is somewhat confident that POET can get to the $5 SP organically. The only way that will happen is with significant news (JV/PDA etc). PC also reiterated that POET is stronger now from a financial and technological perspective than it has ever been.

2.0 NRE Income

Peter commented on his previous statement (Midasletter) that he sees NRE income commencing late 2014 & early 2015. Peter said "I am sticking with that".

3.0 Ajit Manocha

I was very impressed with Ajit and his comments at the AGM. Ajit oozes humble confidence & professionalism, his knowledge and understanding of the Semi space is world class, and his networking capabilities are literally second to none.

Ajit stated "POET is going from Lab, to Fab, to Customers"

Note : In a recent press release the transfer of POET to a fab is currently being negotiated was stated.

Ajit stated at least twice "POET is a disruptive technology"

Ajit also commented on his ability to call up virtually all the top CEO's / Executives in the Semi Space and they will answer his call and listen to him. Ajit continued to explain he is just checking out a few things to make sure there are no holes anywhere and he will then be speaking to the Top Executives and saying to them "I have got something for you!".

We can be sure that when Ajit makes a statement like this to the Top Executives, they will listen very, very carefully. Ajits credibility is immense.

After digesting everything over the last 24 hrs or so, I am more confident that ever that we have something very special in POET.

The current SP is so rediculously disconnected it is laughable.

How that will change with the right news and a Nasdaq uplisting.

Until then , patience, trust and faith are required.
