I'd be happy if 100nm GaAs compares to a 22nm - 14nm Silicon. Since we can scale down further on the same equiptment, and use less power consumption. While having all these chips on a single die.

I dont know if I am the only one, but I used to buy shares in anywhere from 1000-2000 share groups. The well is getting dry and I have now been purchasing in 200-500 share groups. Just cant resist when i see a nice drop, makes it not feel like it hurts so bad (As long as I dont look at my portfolio Book vs Market)
