There was some discussion at the AGM about SI and the options. Nobody I talked with was happy about the scenario. PC answered a general question about the need for increase in options available, and he said aside from getting and retaining great people, we have to realize it is part of their compensation (and people will always convert when this is the case).
Regardless, no one I talked with could understand how either of these points fit SI and the need to be overly generous with options for him. I am sorry, but seems like a very large gift to me with not much, if any, benefit to other shareholders.
