Ummmmm. No. Dilution has to do with share count, plane and simple. It has nothing to do with price. When more shares are out there, you and I own less of the company as our portion. Hence the term.
Having said that, I have no problem with Dr. T having shares and SI for that matter ... he's a great supporter of the company.
Also the number of options is capped anyway so the potential dilution is thus capped.
