Anybody else find this interesting from todays update?
"Mr. Leon Pierhal, who did not stand for re-election as a director, will continue as President of the Company until September 30, 2014. Afterwards, Mr. Pierhal will remain as a consultant to the Company on a as needed basis in order to provide information and advice regarding any legacy issues which may arise from time to time. His options will remain in place for 12 months."
Have I missed something, (usually, duh), or is this new? Why stay on for another 6 weeks or so? I think the timing is important,... PET TDKs due, and a new CEO should be installed before signing significant deals, (IMO), which we expect later in Q4, so a perfect time for a transition. Plus, no significant option overhead on the market with the 12 month window to exercise. Plus, its a Tuesday. . So is this our market signal and pivot point?
Thanks so much for all the AGM feedback and discussion. Very much appreciated, as is the ongoing debate, which thankfully has settled down.
Cheers, A.
