My understanding from Copetti's presentation was that the company would not communicate the lifting or (re)instatement of Blackout periods, as this onto itself may send a message to the market that could easily be misinterpreted.

Could someone in attendance please definitively weigh in to ensure we have this one right - no speculation please, only if you heard and remember or can otherwise corroborate . . . as the potential disruption this could cause at some point on this board and elsewhere is rather mind-numbing.
