We should ease up. Scary has been away, and numerous pages of discussion accumulate on this site every day so it can be quite overwhelming to try and catch up sometimes.

(I eagerly await the big day we are finally where we anticipate, so I don't have to spend hours every week staying on top of all the news at this site and others). :)

At first glance, Sheldon's sale and RS were intrpetted by many as negatives. Though (as the gents have just explained), they were necessary. RS moreso to be used only if needed when the time comes for a Nasdaq listing. And Sheldon to limit his % holdings under 20%.

Yes, it worked out in his favor, and attributed to some of the selling. Those who didn't know simply saw insider selling and jumped to do the same, but it essentially had to be done if he were to take his position on the board.

That said, he still has his share count essentially maxed out and now we have someone on the board, who like us, will certainly like to see these shares be worth much more. Keeping in mind he has bought in many times at much higher rates than we are currently trading at.

It was a rough bump in the road, but one that now appears far more positive.
