The language is a little bit difficult when it comes to TDK and friends. Basically we have to differentiate between "TDK Documentation" and "TDK".

1. What has been completed as MS 11 is the full POET TDK Documentation. However, the knowledge that has been written down in this documentation is not yet available as software models which can be deployed in TCAD software which is used by chip developers and fabs. What is needed here is the TDK (Technology Design Kit).
2. The first part of the TDK will be made available as the PET/TDK, containing models for the electrical POET components only. This is MS 12.
3. Later the complete TDK will be established. This is the POET/TDK, containing models for all electrical and optical POET components. A milestone number has not been assigned.
