A generous thank you for the well thought out note (sincerely). As a side bar, I deal with sexism, ignorance, and the odd male charlatanist every day. It makes no difference to me, the world seems to sort out the sorry assed on its own volition. I made it here by hard work, and determination, and results.

HP is a frame of reference for me due to involvement on several collaborative efforts with my division and our company. My last remark from our CFO with respect to HP was regarding a peripheral product that made the inventors wealthy and the company a stalwart in design effectiveness. NO ONE, in the company process thought it would catch on, let alone sell one unit, except one HP staffer and the inventor.It sold so many, it had a bottom line effect on the variances from the division and it caught the eye of the board and CEO at the time. I can't say if HP is still in the mix or not at this point, but my firm believe is everyone will eventually have to be in the mix or face extinction

It was not my first experience with a mania (YO-YO's, Hula Hoops, Klackers and Pet Rocks to name 4) and now it has become a hobby to analyse these marketing phenomena. In a recent trip to Hong Kong, I was on some public transit, when I was asked by a very elderly lady in very broken english about my phone.

She recognized the custom case from a European maker that I have and then proceeded to pull out the same phone from her tattered shopping bag assortment. My point being, this is and has all the earmarks of once public, being a mania. As either POET advertized or end user advertized, its going to explode. It will start local and go global in short order.

Thus driving cash flows to record numbers, driving interest and market values to record numbers. Whether people on this board or others like it or not, this a millenial event and will make the smart long termers, millionaires many tinmes over. Your absolutely correct, forget the day to day, let the management team do their work, watch the company develop, and be enriched !
