Also look at provincial tax (basic is 11.5%) which can be calculated using this tool http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/ctao/

I think the current corporate rate is 15% plus the provincial so for Ontario it would be approximately 26.5% depending on ernings - see http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/tx/bsnss/tpcs/crprtns/rts-eng.html
