I am thinking probabaly something we are not expecting or aware of, there seems to be a lot of stuff on the go, so at this point it is probably just a guess.

The company seems to be doing a good job of keeping the leaks sealed.

I am also thinking they are a bit pissed at the lack of s/p increase and overall response to the last bunch of good new, so they are now going to approach the news releases a bit different, and be a bit more strategic about what they are planning to get out of them, unless it is material and has to be released.

I think they will be arranging the news to meet there needs of getting the s/p higher for the nas listing.
