Like ScaryRaccoon I see the possibility of M&A or buyout as an event which would take out a lot of our prospected profit (but also the profit of the management as well as Pinetree!).

But!!!
In such a case the sales price will be, and this is my strong believe, a multiple of the SP what we see today. And this is a thread, but not an investment risk. Takling about future values of POET we should not forget that even doubling an investment, a 100% gain, is something which I usually would not call a risk!

In any case I hope that POET will stay vigilant and took precautions besides their poison pill to prevent a low cost buyout, e.g. by the right paragrafs in their NDA!!!
