This has been communicated to the investors in various forms by Peter. Peter wants to be very prescriptive on how and when infomation is released about POET TDK's. We also know (or deduct) that POET is making some recipes for some certain potential partners and i believe POET wants to honour and protect their interests first, before blasting it out to the world blindly.

Ie. If we have a big player interested, why would we market the TDK's too heavily to smaller players until we have strong foothold and alliance/contract options set with the big player. A theoretical example of course.
