I briefly thought that might be the case, but... I received the original "4 CANADIAN SMALL CAP TECH STOCKS THAT COULD BE TAKEOVER TARGETS" email from Smallcappower.com on August 29 and the date of the article linked to, was "12 Feb, 2014". The article is not a year old. The writer made a mistake on the stock price. Just sayin'.
