PC stated "I am sticking with that".

What do you think about MS 12 having been shifted from end of Q3 to end of Q4? As the news release reads: "The PET/PDK is scheduled to be available at the end of Q4 2014 and will allow POET to provide detailed design information to industry fab partners and customers."

POET customers will pay for licensing the PDK. NRE revenue will come in only if the PDK is available. If that won't happen before this year's end, revenue would come in early 2015 (so PC could still be right), but not in 2014 anymore.

Or could there be anything else aside from the PET/PDK customers could pay for in 2014? Milestone payments perhaps? But this is wild guessing only, so I better stop here.
