Bearb8: Considering that 100nm is remarkable and that POET has not received and revenue for products at the size and are now targeting 40nm - I would guess that any associated licencing fee would most likely come at a premium?

Yes, you can bet that POET Technologies can and will charge more for a 40 nm PET/PDK than it would for a 100 nm one. So even if we won't get PDK license fees in 2014, we will receive so much more in 2015.
