This stock although substantially derisked remains a speculative microcap play. PC at the EC (just after the stock had fallen substantially from its peak) that his expectation was that the stock would move from bottom left to upper right. Granted he also did say he didn't worry about day to day price fluctuations. He reaffirmed NRE by end of 2014 or early 2015. These combined statements seem to have left the impression that the price would not have collapsed further below $1 but rather would move further north. Now hopefully with the AGM, RS, AM and the recent announcements we will see the move toward upper left in the intermediate term once NRE is announced.
