Johny, you are far from the first person to point that out. But the above is essentially a corporate platitude for public companies. I'm sure they would like to have the shares increase in value, certainly as some point, anyway. But to rely on such talk is somewhat naive, is just acceptable and common puffing. I'm sure if you would review what high ranking officers of public companies said about their stock, almost none would say, "well, I think we may lose a few percent on the share price this year."
