Prospector, our guys went out and solicited and got AM; they apparently met his terms, and his addition has been key. But, unfortunately, I don't see anything inconsistent in his completing whatever DD he needs to do to go out into the world and sell POET. Now, if he investors millions of his money into the company, I would expect that he would have already convinced himself of a good possibility of significant upside.
