Schneider's is one of what I suspect will be numerous challenges to POET and this will serve to un-nerve those invesotrs who do not have a full picture of the technology. I am sure there are many other self-serving shorts who will use seemingly legitimate platforms to play down the potential.

But let's not forget our ace in the hole: NASDAQ anyone? An uplisting will bring on the real interest and believers when institutional investment demand will start to wake the sleeping giant. The naysayers WILL be silenced...
