I think the CP confirms what Oogee posted about wether Poet is a WBG semiconductor.

The new CP says on slide 15 titled "Universal Memory Cell"

"Wide band gap material provides much higher noise immunity then silicon based technologies (several orders of magnitude improvement in soft error rates)"
