Sheldon saw what happened last time he sold a few shares and when he had a bona fide reason to do so (to stay under 20% control). He knows full well what happens when he sells a lot due to lack of faith in the company (going back to OPL days). Even his little "shots across the bow" to management had the desired effect of dropping the SP. I'm not speculating on what's going on behind the curtain, but I think SI's hands are tied. If he started to sell out it would destroy the SP and he might take a bigger loss than all of us combined. He is pretty much all in on this hand. So, I also don't take the fact that SI not selling (or other insiders for that matter) as meaning anything one way or the other. All IMO.
