I believe we can all agree that there are very few companies that can afford POET, and most of them would have to finance a part of it for the valuation I'm looking for.

Of course you have to keep in mind market conditions, and the way things are going now, raising money of any sort might get expensive.

Regardless, I apologize if I jumped too hard, just tired of hearing about how much we are worth and how it would be paid for.

Bottom line for me is that there will be no financing because there will be no sale.
