Ajit Monacha, to the best of my knowledge, owns no shares, just $1.75 free options. He does collect his $40,000+/month paycheck for his part time job. At the AGM, PC stated that they were in blackout mode for management, but would not publically announce when that would be lifted. If it would be slectively lifted (Dr.T?) was not discussed. If the last insider trade was not a mistake, I would assume the blackout for management has indeed been lifted.
