What if:

350.000 shares by GT

750.000 shares by LP

went into the same strong hands? Both trades have been pre-arranged and sold in one go on the specific days. Can it be, that both have been asked to sell those shares to a strategic partner, as they still have so many cheap option which they can exercise in order to get their amount of "sold shares" back?

Maybe they have been asked by the company if they would support this "strategic" kind of private placement.
