Thanks much. Again to spur discussion and not to aggravate or inveigle. Indeed, Ajits Foundry 2 would build a much larger empire for POET and would fairly distribute the product across many genres. Although I had thought a buy out was in the offing, I expect the company did realize this was a folly wasting time and money. The larger reason for not receiving or approval of a buy out is that the FTC could be dragged in on political tab and say nooooo. As they did with the Microsoft judgement.

I do though, liken it to Microsoft licensing its software products.
