I am sure if they could, they would have. I just don't think it is possible for them to disclose anything more at the moment. Not something that everyone wants to hear, but I think that is the case. We can wish for many things, but until they are allowed to approach anybody, they have to go through the proper channels.

If I was the potential partner, I don't think I would appreciate them going on a big PR blitz that may or may not undermine my position with them.
