additionally IMO this information stated in the NR yesterday possibly speaks to the GF/IBM Deal announced earlier in the week,

This enables POET to target a mature process flow and revitalize existing manufacturing lines while delivering predicted performance and power efficiencies that rival today's state of the art process node in the sub 20-nm range (Silicon CMOS)."
And as you indicated Dash, IBM is under pressure to get themselves back on track.
