Corporate Overview clarifications

Hi guys,

Sent CC and email with a few questions about the corporate overview.

1. Page 4 of the corporate overview at the bottom says "POET licenses process IP and generates revenue from fab and customers". It could be inferred from this statement that POET is currently generating revenue. Am I jumping the gun in making that assumption?

CC response -Noted, I'll look into this and get it changed.

2. Page 18 mentions NRE revenue expected to start in 2015. I would assume there is definitely no chance of revenue in 2014.

CC response -I really don't think so.

3. Page 10 - there has been great discussion over the logos on this slide. Many people are thinking that due to copyright etc, that POET would have had to received approval from each company to use their logos and for that matter pictures of the iPhone, iPad, and Samsung phone. Can you confirm if that is true?

CC response-Protected under "fair use" law

Just thought I would let everyone know.
