I said I would look, so I looked. As I said before, I did not think we'd see that they had registered yet, it's too soon. Also, I'm sure where I search, there may be a delay of a week or two in reporting it.
In fact, they may not even bother to register, depending on what all they do out of that office. If you were a California lawyer, you'd understand that what I posted is completely uncontroversial.
By the way, though, it seems that the stock has been trading for quite some time a lot more like the way Joel Hruska (sp?) describes the company's prospects than the way many here describe those prospects.
Whereas I generally agree with Eileen that the share price on any particular stock can sometimes be misleading, often it is not misleading, but foretelling. I choose to remain in the camp that feels the stock price recent (6 months) direction misleading. A big part of why is your posts and the posts of a few others who I think are very bright and make excellent arguments. I continue to like the risk/reward, as you do, but my guess is we would come up with very different ratios on that risk/reward.
I can understand your sensitivity, and that of many who live and breathe (and let's face it, promote) POET, and I think your comment about my post, while somewhat unfair, is in the realm of reasonable, considering the circumstances, which include some general worry about the way the stock is trading, notwithstanding the ubiquitous remarks of many that they don't worry about the stock price at all. I would say the spectrum in that respect runs from Terafly to Eileen (maybe Rainer). On that spectrum, I'm far closer to the Eilleen side of things.
I'm sure you were displeased with my comment about the likelihood that Lee was asked to leave yesterday (and if you didn't see it, no doubt you would have been). But that possibility occurred to everyone on this board, and only one other person made an allusion to the possibility (perhaps the technology has past him by). You are quite good at being frank with this board, I think frankness can come from different perspectives.
Now I have to see about trading the stock if I've brought it down far enough!
