It never hurts to look under the hood and try and find the cause, or explaination, for the problem. And to be in such SP retreat on a great market day does call for a bit of a look see.

Is there a fundamental flaw with the technology? I don't think so.

Could it be insider selling? Possible, we'll have to wait and see.

Does the market perceive a lull or gap in the significant NR flow until next year? Probably

Are some buyers holding off until RS issue is put to bed? Very likely

Tax loss selling? The lower the SP goes the higher the likelyhood.

Manipulation? Who knows but why should PTK be victimized more than other relatively high volume stocks?

Credibility of management? Some may question it.
