Last minute vote 100%, because as you can see, it is weighing on the SP since July and will continue to do so until something like a revenue generating announcement can override that general sentiment. Investors are nervous to get in without knowing whether there will be a reverse split announced at any time. They would, in general, rather wait until a final decision is made regarding the RS. The lower the SP gets also, the more likely it will need to be implemented at some point, or at least at a higher ratio then most would like.

Like I just demonstrated in my previous post, a lot of that is self-inflicted, which is what I don't get. You don't need me to enumerate the self-inflictions. I don't want to get into that now. I really hope its because once an annoucement regarding revenues is made, they know it won't matter. But thats hope, and many investors aren't gamblers, like most of us here seem to be. I choose to believe it won't matter.
