Just an idea:
SI had time until Feb. 2015 to exercising these warrents (assuming that it was him yesterday). But he is doing it now.
This is telling me that he soon would be in blackout again (due to a lot of news to come until February) and that he is expecting higher SP and needs to use this low SP for tax advantages.

Does this make sense?
