That's your opinion scary; although perhaps costly in terms of paper profits, if you didn't sell, it cost you nothing.
I, personally, believe the company did the right thing announcing they may have to r/s the float to get to where they need to be (NASDAQ)
Would you rather they be up front about it, or, have a last minute vote on something they need so vitally?
Yes, it sucks, but the company knows their little company is getting pushed around by the traders and had to state something to potential investors that would comfort their fears of never being able to get to the NASDAQ.
I prefer upfront.
Now, I wish CC would write me back about who is our CEO....
