I agree with you that the NASDAQ listing is without doubt, a clear and very important element to the strategic growth of this investment.

That is where the multi-billion dollar Tech type funds reside and that is where we must go .... when the time is right.

PC was very outspoken about that at the AGM. He said PTK is going on the NASDAQ and he will do it from a position of strength.

A position of strength, in my opinion, can only mean when a deal of significance is in the bag.

Who knows what sort of deal, it could range from a partnership, JV or an exclusivity agreement with an early adoptor (thereby being able to leap-frog the competition ... hmmm ... something along those lines was mentioned in the last press release), or a combination of these.

For sure it is very, very frustrating to see the massive volatility in the current sp, but I truly believe this is only short-term. It is the future state sp that we should be interested in and hence I sleep very well at night.

At the AGM PC was asked a direct question relating to his previous statement in the Midasletter interview, where PC stated he expected the first NRE deals to start late 2014 and certainly early 2015.

PC commented "I am sticking with that".

That is more than good enough for me.

This is not a pumping message, just a note regurgatating some previously known facts.

Until we get that first transformational deal, the sp games will continue, so it is best to switch off, ignore the games, and just wait for the catalysts.
