Good post ST, I agree completely.
Getting off this exchange is a priority. I don't want to blame the TSXV entirely for our woes, but the stigma carried by our presence here instead of NASDAQ or NYSE or even as a TSX smallcap can be shown by looking at this chart:

For fun, I plotted the S&P TSX Composite,TSX Venture Composite, TSX20 Smallcap, NYSE Composite, NYSE AMEX Composite, and NASDAQ on the same timeline, from 2010 to now.
Is there even any question about the importance of leaving this awful exchange?
Notice that even if we were a smallcaps on the TSX, we would have been among stocks that are at least collectively breaking even!
I don't have to mention what our fortunes may have held if we were already on the NAS.
Obviously our first step is to establish revenue, but think about what might happen based on the improved prestige going to a proper exchange...
