I don't think they will ever use RS either. The RS idea came at a very interesting time and drove the sp down. Cheaper sp, cheaper options, just sayin. I don't really care because I know what a great company POET is and is going to become. They have a great management team as already proven and time will prove even better.

If insiders sell pre arranged lots of shares ...No problem as I said before

Selling shares to buy warrants makes sense because they want the shares now (not the money) for later sale when the company goes BIG. They know what the company is all about and want more shares. A vote of confidence and more money for the company to work with.

Our time will come soon when there will be no way to hold the sp down and we will be talking about splits not reverse splits.
