I hear you but I still do not see any benefit to restrictive exclusivity within verticals. Why Apple's phones and not Samsung's? Why for Apple's phones but not for their tablets/computers?

While Poet will make chip money when Apple sells phones, Poet will make more chip money when every phone manufacturer sells phones.

Exclusivity with 1-2 fabs protects IP, ensures quality control, etc....but opens the door to every chip buyer in the world - automotive, industrial, music tech, etc, etc...etc.....
