Mackwheaton: Hey Fairchij, is there a good resource/site for how the POET chips will be produced?

Hey, mackwheaton, I am not fairchij and I don't know of such a resource/site, but at least I am able to outline the process:

1. Take a GaAs wafer.
2. Use molecular beam epitaxy to grow several dozens of films on the wafer.
3. Continue with standard chip production processes.
