Good (regarding fines for distracted driving! And I wish they'd do it in the states, too, the fines are lower here. And I need to be fined myself, I admit. It's dangerous! I think car manufacturers love it; forget about serious accidents, those are awful, but all the fender benders - anyone gone to a body shop with an insurance company footing the bill - my goodness, what a racket, between the insurance adjustes, the body shops and the OEMs for the body parts....
