Krom, do you really believe technical development would be like snipping a finger? It is not. It takes time. As you (should) know a prototype chip showing all electrical and optical POET devices is in the works and announced for this quarter.
Regarding memory, POET Technologies "has" it in the sense that it is possible. Actually building one is planned for 2015, probably Q2 or later. See the corporate presentation (page 21):
SRAM Structure: Develop and successful demonstration of 2T thyristor-‐based bit cell, read and write amps. Goal of layout density greater than equivalent CMOS bit cell at same node.
