They can't and won't promote until they are 100% ready to bring to market. They simply can't get it wrong, or have any surprises.

I also think we'll hear about a JV or even a 3-way agreement before there is any meaningful promotion. Get this puppy to 4 bucks on some meaty news, then pump it up and move it to the NASDAQ.
