What if the initial projection for revenue in Q4 was linked to the 100 nm, and the company requesting this decided to go better and get 40 nm, which takes longer and causes a slight delay in finalizing a deal (revenue), but the end result is a significantly bigger pay off. Only a slight delay based on changing the goal from 100 nm to 40 nm is actually amazing, if that is what is happening. This is just a possibility worth consideration. Remember that even if revenue will not start until 2015, this does not mean an announcement can't happen before that
