Both PNP and Sheldon are margin buyers and I believe they got called. Their performance lately has been abysmal and the bank (or loaning institution) stepped in. So, I believe, for PNP it was either sell shares at a distribution that they can live with or have the bank make that call for them. Either way, I do not believe that Sheldon had much choice in the matter and it has no bearing on Poet.

Booting him off the board is certainly not the answer; as he would be fully available to sell shares completely at will. Keeping him on the board does, somewhat, hold him at bay. I am certain, that Sheldon would prefer to see the share price of Poet escalate and proved some much needed relief from both the bank and his investors. I would also think that Sheldon, as with other stockholders on this board, have expressed this sediment to management.

With Sheldon saving PTK from the brink of bankrupcy; I feel comfortable that they would want to help him out with the share value if they could. Obviously, Poet can not do anything to harm negotiations but as soon as they have something they will provide us stakeholders with a lot to discuss. Ciao. Have a good weekend.
