About 10 or 15 years ago or so,, Forbes magazine stated that the Venture exchange was the sleaziest stock exchange in the world.. I think that was when it was still in Vancouver.. Anyway with all the penny mining stocks and resource stocks that are listed there you can understand why it has been hammered down so bad lately..
